| Is a 5 month yorkie at 7lbs normal? I just weigh her on my scale. I am just curious. My bathroom scale is probably not as accurate as the vet. She has gained weigh quite quickly. She was roughly 2lbs when I got her at 9 weeks old. |

| well the breed standard is not to exceed 7 lbs and yours will most likely exceed that since she was 2lbs when u got her mines was only 1.7 at four months and havent gained much shes barely 2lbs at 7 months but they have more health issues when smaller so as long as you dont plan to breed or show for a pet shes fine as long as u lova and care for her i now would prefer if my little girl would at least gain 2 or 3 more pounds at ;east but most likely she wont weigh more than 3 1/2 |

| Any weight your baby ends up being is "normal" for her!! I have 3 pounders and an 11 pounder and they are all "normal", in fact they are all wonderful!! Just love her no matter what she weighs!!

| Lily was roughly 5 1/2 lbs at 6 months. Had she been healthy and not a a puppy mill rescue, she probably would have weighed closer to 7lbs. She gained weight quickly and was 8lbs at 7 months old. She's about 8 1/2 lbs now and almost 11 months. She's the perfect size to keep up with her 12 lb yorkipoo brother

| You really can't predict what size they end up being. Zeus was 3LBS at 9 weeks old and is now a perfect 7LBS at almost 2yrs. Also the minute you fall in love you really don't care if they are 4LBS or 40LBS just more Yorkie to love |
