| Eye Stye Max has what I believe to be a stye on the outer edge of his upper eyelid, in the center of his eye. If it isn't a stye, I think it might be an irritated hair follicle or a bug bite. When I found it yesterday afternoon, it was red. I had combed his topknot in the morning and didn't see it. I cleaned the bump with sterile saline and held a warm compress to it. Today the bump is flesh colored. It isn't big enough to see without getting close. If it grows larger or looks worse, I will take him to the vet. Anyone have experience similar and how long did it take to go away? |
