| Ate bits off black trash bag! Geez! I forgot to mention that about a week ago my rents decided to let Harley have a little bit of freedom and let him roam around the house on his own for a few hours WITHOUT watching him! And of course when I got home and found out I searched the entire house for signs of Harley munching and ter da I found a BIG chunk missing out of a black trash bag SOMEBODY.. cough cough.. Harley.. pulled out of it's box! There were small pieces littered around it but when I added it all together there was atleast a surface area the size of my hand missing! I'm scared to death bc I don't think he's passed anything.. Ugh.. Vet call?

| I would just keep an eye on him. If he gets diahrea you know there is a problem. My dogs have several times ate one of my daughters small plastic toys and they always pass it.

| I know I just experienced that with Gizmo yesterday. I took him to the vet and they gave him some medicine nemoxin or something like that, it looks like a mud mask, but he said it tastes ugly,(the vet)..... Luckily Giz passed it in his diarrea poop yesterday. We are okay, his is very very hyper, I think he is trying to make up for lost time yesterday, geeeezzzzz!! Take him to the vet, better safe than sorry!!Good luck!! |

| Thanks guys.. I'm still pretty stressed but praying he passes it tomorrow! His poop has always been firm and he's never had diarrea before so it'll be really obvious is he gets it. He'll probably let me know right away!

| Same Here I think he should be fine depending on how much he ate. I bought a pink plastic placemat to put her food dish on. The next day she had pink poo. It took me a while to figure out what she ate. But hopefully hell just poo it out too. Last edited by mtini; 11-07-2005 at 02:55 PM. |
