| treat ideas for dehydrator I went to Ross today and found a food dehydrator that has three trays in it and you put your food of choice on it, put it in the microwave for 2-6 minutes and your food is dehydrated. I have no idea how well it works, but I only paid $4.99. One time I dehydrated some chicken in the oven for the boys but it took like 3 hours. I was thinking of chicken and some sweet potatoes (are those okay?). What about things like apples and carrots? What other healthy foods can I dehydrate and give to Chip and Smokey as treats?

| I have a dehydrator - Nesco brand? It has 4 trays and I rotate the trays every hour. I dehydrate deer meat, turkey, beef and chicken. I'd like to do mini-meatballs - but haven't yet. A batch (and its a full batch) takes 4 hours. Good luck with the other ideas!
