| Recipes for dog food question I was looking at the recipes for dogs and noticed that one had 1/2 cup garlic. Onions and garlic contain sulfoxidss and disulfides which can damage red blood cells and cause anemia. It would be a good idea to check dangerous foods for dogs before giving them something that can cause damage. |

| I totally agree. Some people believe that garlic is fine in small amount or even moderate amounts on occasion. I don't really agree, but to each their own...
