| I would look into changing his diet. I have had two girls with itchy skin. They can chew at themselves so that they remove the hair and leave the skin all irritated. I have had great success with the Natural Balance line. I am sure you will get plenty of great advice here on YT. Also look through the older posts because itchy skin has been addressed many times. Good Luck!

| Hot Rod was so itchy when we got him. Our vet recommended medicated shampoo and medicated conditioner. I don't know if the food change or the sham/cond did the trick but he has been good for 18 months now. Food changes take some time to work through so keep that in mind if you think there may not be any relief from a different diet. Good luck. As a quick fix, you can try one of my collars for your little one. I have a customer who uses one on each of her two for itching.

| My Pommie is allergic to any grain. Feed him Natural Balance Simple Solution....it's duck and potato. Seems to cause the least amount of biting and licking. ~Joanne~
