| I have no idea which food to buy Ok, my dog will eat anything and I am in totally confused as to which adult food to switch her to. Beef, chicken, rice there are so many brands and types. I have read the best dog food sites but still confused, the only thing I can say is she is very hyper dog. She is currently on puppy chow, which my daughter said is like feeding her McDonalds, I agree. Any help would be appreciated. Luann |

| There are lots of really good foods out there now.. however some are not available at petsmart or petco... go down the list of good foods Wellness Puppy Wellness core Eagle Pack Hollistic Merricks puppy and adult Chicken Soup for the Dog lovers Taste of the Wild Instinct. If you have a dog speciality dog shop near you , ask them them for a high quality food or see what they carry, sometimes they have samples These are all good foods however some are not available at petco and petsmart so you may want to go to each sight and see which food easiest for you to get.. Wellness is at petco Solid gold barking at the moon is at petco I was using California Natural the store near my house stopped carrying it, the other store is far away so I slowly switched to chicken soup .. its a low fat food , sold right near my house and its high quality !! | I disabled and buy everything over the internet, so that's not a problem, just so many to pick from. Luann |

| i have just begun using wellness after doing a ton of research, much of it here. i am transitioning lulu slowly, mixing the old with the new as advised so as to limit tummy issues. wellness has great reviews and i feel it's very nutritional but as you have seen, many other foods have great reviews....and each has their fair share of supporters. makes sense.....dogs are different so no food will work out for every one of them. i empathize with feeling overwhelmed as i did, too. at a point, i just decided to stop analyzing and go for it. good luck!!

| If you asked 10 different people which dog food they recommended, you would probably get 10 different answers. There are so many choices, and a lot of good foods. This website has analysis of hundreds of different dog foods. Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble Anything in the 5 star category would be a good choice for your yorkie. The 6 star foods are very high in protein. (some vets don't recommend feeding yorkies above 25% protein). Some 5 star foods that I recommend are Innova, Wellness and Timberwolf Organics. (My fussy eaters were crazy for Timberwolf).
