Omg Puppy Teeth

I was playing with Huey last night and playing a tug of war kind of game with a soft stuffed animal. I noticed a few spots of blood on the stuffed animal. I then saw two little teeth on the ground. I looked in his mouth and he is missing the two front teeth on the top. Is this normal for them to have two teeth come out at once? I felt so bad for him. Now I guess he can sing the song, All I want for Christmas is my Two front Teeth. But seriously is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal. In fact, you are doing Huey a great big favor by playing tug of war with him and giving him lots of stuff to chew on. It will help his baby teeth to come on out.

Oh! And sorry, he won't be able to sing that song. He will have those two front teeth before you know it. Just keep checking his mouth every day! He may not be able to sing that song, but he probably will be expecting some good toys and treats from the tooth fairy!

Yup, don't worry about the puppy teeth coming out. Better they come out now than have to go through surgery to get them out later. Bender just had his out a few months back.

Yes it is normal and the more teeth that come out on their own the better. My vet had to extract teeth from both of my dogs at their spay/neuter.

What age does this usually happen? Ceeby is ten weeks old and his little teeth are so tiny. Oh, but they are really sharp when he grabs my finger.

It's fine, yes! Chewy lost teeth 2 at a time. You want them to all come out ASAP so that when you fix them, there will be less to pull.

That's normal for around 5 mos puppies. Their milk teeth are replaced by their permanent teeth.
Also if his ears are or were standing, they may fall for awhile too.
This also is a normal process of growing up.
Your baby is growing up oohhh!!!!

Bentley is loosing his teeth right now too...I noticed tonight he has a couple missing and some just breaking through. When are they usually finished teething? Since we will not be fixing him for a while I want to be sure and go in for a dental check to make sure everything is fine.

Is better that the teeth fall out soon on their own. Gucci is a year old and she still has her 4 baby canine. My vet will be removing those soon if they dont fall on their own.

yesterday at petco one of lucky's came out and another was hanging to the side. i tried to pull it but it was stuck to his gums so i left it alone. after a hearty meal it came out also. 1st 2 ive seen, but i can tell others have grown in also b/c there bigger. he'll be 6 months on the 11th. we were in line at petco to take pictures but had to leave due to the hanging tooth. today we will have to go back. it's a grand opening so the picture was free

Maggie lost her teeth almost all at once. Her top and bottom teeth in the front were like a swinging gate. You could rock them back and forth just with your finger. The only thing I noticed was her horrible breath. Once she got her adult teeth, her breath didn't stink anymore.
