| Take a look at Pet Plan & ASPA Pet Health Insurance. I have the latter on my younger two.

| Check out : Pet Insurance Review - comparison of VPI, ASPCA, etc. and see which insurance company works best for you (they review all of them on there)... ASPCA is actually one of the lower rated ones so be careful. Just best if you research all of them and their policies to see what works best for you , your dog, and your wallet. I signed up with Trupanion pet insurance (in canada they are Vetinsurance) and they have been nothing but great. They cover 90% of the bill, yuo can pick your own deductable, they cover certain illnesses for the life of the pet if diagnosed after enrolling (such as cancer), and they were extremely helpful when i made a claim earlier this year when we found a tumor on Norm and he had to get surgery . Worth checking them out too!
