| Cottage Chesse Hey guys some mornings Peanut wont eat.. and then due to not eating he will throw up bile But when he does that I will give him his dry food.. Like 1/4 of a cup and then 1 little teaspoon of cottege chesse... Is that bad? We have the lowfat cottege chesse and I only give him a tiny bit just to mix in his food.. It works he will gobble it up! Well MOST of his dry food lol

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | It won't harm him. You can also give a bit of cut up fruits or veggies, a dollop of plain yogurt and once in a while a bit of scrambled egg. It gives them a bit of variety in their food. You can also opt to put a small bit of hot water so it makes a little gravy in the hard food. Good luck.

| Layla loves cottage cheese- I uses non fat because she has pancreas issues- but, like yogurt, its not a problem giving it to them. |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I think all fruits and veggies are good other than raisins and grapes. If you look at the heatlh tab there should be a sticky on foods.

| I also use the non-fat cottage cheese and non-fat plain yogurt for Pasquale as special treats or when he gets picky with his kibble.

| I also give Rily some non-fat cottage cheese, but not real often because of the high sodium. He likes it.

| A small amount of cottage cheese mixed with dry food is the only way I can get Gracie to eat. I put a teaspoon of lemon juice in the cottage cheese mixing it in well and it makes your cottage cheese last forever. Not only that but I love the taste of it with the lemon juice.
