| Anesthesia Tomorow, Please Reassure Me, Thanks! Our Bella (10 months/3.9 lbs) is going to have some problem baby teeth pulled tomorrow and her teeth cleaned. I am so worried about the drugs. Our vet has reassured us she will keep her VERY WARM and monitor her very carefully. What do we expect after the procedure? Groggy puppy, sore mouth? Should we buy some baby food? Any input you could provide would be very much appreciated. Thank you. |

| My Jada had teeth cleaning done 2 weeks ago. She is 5 lbs and she didn't have any teeth pulled though. She did great. I was like you so worried. She was groggy and wanted to sleep a lot for a couple of days. She was able to eat and chew with no problems but she just had the dental done. I know you can't help but worry, but everything will be ok. I will be thinking of you and sending prayers your baby does ok.

| She will be fine My Autumn was spayed when she was about 8 mos. and just under 3 lbs. She also had a couple of her canines pulled. She came out just fine. She was a little groggy but was back to her old self in no time. So there's nothing to worry about she will be fine. We'll be praying for you and your baby.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie had her teeth vcleaned and 5 or 7 removed, she was 2 1/2 years old and 3.3/4lbs. It went fine, the vet called me within 1 1/2 hours of dropping her off telling me she was out of surgery and doing fine. The little stinker came home that afternoon and found a hoove and started to chew on it before I caught her. She was a little tired but not to bad. I will keep Bella in my prayers for a safe prodecure.

| Peanut just has his teeth cleaned the same day as "jadabug" Jada ... Peanut was ok after.. he didnt have any pulled out. He wasn't even really out of it, I was more worried and out of it than he was. If she is having teeth pulled, her mouth might be a little sore after. Its best to wet her dry food or give some wet food a couple days after..

| Well, I'm just the person you want to speak too, lol. It was just yesterday Jemma was both spayed and had three baby teeth pulled. She is 4.5 pounds, small. She went thru everything fine. I have a very good vet. Her teeth were long, oh my goodness. So she has a few stitches. I went and bought some baby food. I got her pure chicken and pure turkey. They come in really small jars. Some green beans and sweet potatoes. She's doing as well as I expected she would.
