| I'm hoping someone on YT can do me a favor regarding Bailey's teeth. Bailey is almost 7 months old and I've been brushing his teeth with the only paste available in my area, a brand from walmart and it does nothing. I checked on Ebay but to ship it cost like 20$ way more the the toothpaste cost! If someone is willing to pick up toothpaste and ship it for me I would appreciate it so much, I would pay for it first of course! Bailey's breath is starting to get smelly and I brush everyday! Anyone? Thank you

I would be more than willing to pick up a nice toothpaste for Bailey. I am actually going to our pet store on Sat for food and more treats. Also, you might want to look into petzlife. It's a tartar control. It comes in a spray or gel and is applied at night before bedtime. I use only fourpaws toothpaste/original flavor and it works good. Bud is tartar free and his teeth are very white. He's 5yrs old. We use both. Send me a pm with your address. I don't mind at all. | |

7 months is still young, is he still retaining puppy teeth by any chance? That will make their breath pretty stinky I wouldn't think he would have too much tarter trouble so young. I forget if he had teeth pulled when you had him neutered?

| He was neutered a week ago and didn't have any teeth pulled, I thought he would. I called the vet today to inquire how his teeth were ( she wasn't available to talk when I picked him up from surgery ) She still wasn't available today but I left a msg for her to call me. His breath isn't overly stinky, I seem to be the only one who smells it!! I just hate the thought of bad teeth

Have you looked in his mouth? Many small Yorkies tend to retain some baby teeth, my AprilLove had 11 pulled when she was spayed at a little over 7 months. (I couldn't really see them because her mouth is so freekin tiny, lol) My boy had to have 3 pulled when he was 15 months. It is good you have gotten him used to brushing, you are well on your way to keeping him healthy and happy but I'll bet he has puppy teeth in there.
