| Lamb raw medallions look greenish? Fellow NV Raw medallion feeders I need your help! So, I just thawed out a package of NV raw lamb medallions. I have fed the chicken, rabbit, and venison before, but believe this is my first time with the lamb. So I'm a bit concerned because the medallion isn't reddish, it's actually pretty greenish. I mean, I guess it's more of a grey color, with a greet tint to it. Is this normal? The expiration date is 2010 so I know it's not expired, and it's been in the freezer till just last night so I don't see how it could have gone bad, but still, the coloring concerns me. What does your NV Raw lamb medallions look like in their coloring?

| I have fed NV Raw beef and lamb. The outside of both medallions is a kind of brown/gray. Once cut up, they are red inside. I imagine it is the air exposure that caused the meat to not stay red?? Definitely not green, tho |

| Yes, I though the lamb and beef were gray and yucky looking. Didn't notice any green though. |
