| vitamin supplement? Hi just wondering if I should be giving my little guy extra vitamins along with his food. He is eating Performatrin puppy food from the Pet Valu. I am wondering if this food is ok as well. I was feeding my other yorkie (Jackson)Royal Canin but just couldnt keep up with the cost.. A small bag is over 20.00 and he eats quite a bit even though he is two. |

| Does the bag says "AAFCO"? If yes, you do not need to give a multi vitamin and it may be best not to. The food is already full of whatever is in most plain vitamin pills. You may want to supplement with other things like fish oil, vitamin e or Cosequin depending on the individual dog.
