| Why is he throwing up so much? Hi everyone! I'm worred about Paco. He vomitted twice yesterday and once this morning. Let me tell you what happened ... last Thursday night my daughter found him with the plastic door stopper, he ate half of it !! The next morning at breakfast he starting making a loud gurgling sound, like he wanted to vomit, all that came out was a white foamy liquid but what scared me more then anything was that right after he vomitted he stretched out his legs and his eyes went wide open and collapsed. I immediately grabbed him and started shaking him and rubbing him, he then started to react. Could it be that he still has plastic bits in him? He's been eating fine, pooping and peeing fine and has been playing like he usually does. This week I started giving him Halo canned chicken food, could it be that? Also this week I started using the PetzLife Oral Care Gel ... do you think that would give him a reaction?

| If I were you, I would take him to the vet immediately. It's better to be safe than sorry.

| I did but they're fully booked today and tomorrow . She told me to call tomorrow morning just in case there are any cancellations, she also gave me the emergency number should things get worse. So far he's been eating his kibbles and being his normal self. Hopefully there's an opening tomorrow so i can take him in.

| Hi everyone! Sorry I wasn't able to post my update yesterday, my daughter came down with a cold so now I have 2 sick babies. But good news is that I was able to bring my little guy into the vet yesterday morning and the vet couldn't feel anything in his belly. He said that Paco must have chewed up the plastic door stopper into small pieces since he wasn't able to feel it. He says that the vomiting is because its floating around in his stomach and making him nauseous but that the acids in his stomach will start breaking down the plastic and will pass it out. He also recommened me to start feeding 1/4 cup instead of 1/3 cup, Paco weighes 4.8lbs ... I find that very little ... how much do your babies weigh and eat?

| Apple weighs about the same as your Paco and I offer 1/4 cup morning and evening...sometimes, she eats it all, but most days, she'll eat 1/4 cup in the morning, and then just piddle around w/her evening meal, and I end up throwing it away...She's doing fine and is not too fat or too thin... |

| I find that to be more reasonable. But my vet wants me to feed him 1/4 cup total per day. Like I mentioned before he currently eats 1/3 cup and sometimes 1/2 cup. I'm not sure what to do? ... should I reduce his portion?
