| Bella and Baci Love Raw I bought my first bag of Natures Variety raw organic chicken medallions today and Bella and Baci both acted like it was the most yummy thing they had ever tasted! YAY! I really hope they continue to like eating it. I am really excited to have finally made the switch and hope this new diet will help keep them healthy. It would almost be too good to be true to have them both love the same food and it be a super healthy food at that.

| Well Anakin lovessss the medallions but I am having a harder time with Padme..She licks them and thats it...She is still adjusting to our house so I am hoping she will come around..I cut one medallion in half..One for morning and one for evening..I still give them a small handful of their puppy food..I also found out they both love fresh green beans..

YT 500 Club Member | Alfie loves the raw, wish we had those medalions over here, Rosie has been harder to switch but she ate her first full raw meal today and finished it all. Her mouth is really small and she just is too lazy to chew something for too long, so I cut hers up into chunks until her jaw muscles get stronger. |

Which meat did you try first? It's great that there are different meat options- hopefully she'll love the chicken type.

| I am going to try the chicken in the morning. It isn't thawed out yet. I will try the lamb again that I got the other day. I was reading up on the raw diet and I read somewhere that they tend to really like the chicken and I don't know why I picked up the lamb first....It could have been my skin kids running all around the store making me a nervous wreck!!! LOL...will let you guys know how it goes...I love this place so much!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful!! Thanks!!!

| Well the chicken wasn't a hit today. I am also having a hard time getting her to eat much of anything. I bought the puppy boost. The store told me to put some on her food and I also was told to rub some on her gums. I put some on her food this morning and it didn't seem to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I haven't had her a week and I know she is still getting adjusted, but I just worry about her.

You could try sprinkling Parmesan cheese (the kind in the green jar) on the medallion - Parm is nice and pungent and can help w/ picky dogs sometimes. Another thing to try is sprinkling some low-salt chicken broth.
