| They can't have grapes, raisins, onions or garlic. Emily loves tiny bits of apple, blueberries, strawberries, broccoli, carrots, etc., etc. I'm convinced part of it is just because it's people food.

| Oliver loves cauliflower and broccoli, and his new favorite thing right now is the ends of the romaine lettuce hearts whenever I make a salad. I give him all his veggies raw except carrots, he won't eat them raw but loves them cooked! Weird dog, lol. He also really likes sweet potatoes and turnip. I haven't tried too much fruit, he doesn't like bananas and that's really the only fruit I tend to keep around on a regular basis. Veggies are a lifesaver for us right now, we're in the middle of a kibble switch and he is being picky - but he's learning that if he eats all his dinner he gets some vegetables after. It's nice to be able to reward him with stuff I know is healthy for him!

| My girls get a teaspoon of cottage cheese on their kibble in the morning along with chopped celery, wierd eh! They love it. My molly loves watermelon, apples and cucumbers. I dont give them very much banana because of the calories or broccoli, because it is gas producing. They love cheese, who doesnt, and carrots cooked or raw. Debbie

| Your baby is 12 weeks? I would say since that is still pretty young if you do decide to give fruits/veggies I would give only one in small amounts. When I first gave Uno carrots he had softer and orange stools (duh) but it's just best to do it gradually. Now though.......Uno eats carrots, celery, green/red bell peppers, cucumbers, blueberries, apples, banana, watermelon....Only if they are on the "safe" list! |
