| OMG! I am so shocked! I heard some things from time to time, but this really convinced me. I just bought a new pack, too. But I am going to throw them out. It's not worth the risk! They are going to be so disappointed. They always get part of one before they go to bed every nite. I will have to give them something else. Hmmmm! |

The only greenies I use are the little bits. They are so tiny wonder how this would affect them. This is really scary. They don't get them that often. Maybe 2 - 3 times a month if that.

| I googled up a new forum and on it I found a whole bunch of very interesting stuff about greenies. Even Vets and doctors wrote posts. Check it out: http://www.terrificpets.com/forum/23250_3.asp I am definitely not going to give them greenies in any way, shape or form. You check it out and be your own judge. If the link doesn't work, just go to terrificpets.com and type in "greenies". Let me know your opinions, people. Maybe someone on here knows something different. |

| I know, it's really scarry! My girls have had a piece of one, every day, for probably a year now. I surely hope they don't have any in them. When I see their poops, they do have some green coloring in them, so I'm assuming they did desolve somewhat in their little intestines. I can only hope and pray that they did, at this point, since I can't go back in time. Thanks again for allerting us, and welcome to this forum, BTW! |

| Thankyou soo much for posting this about greenies I had no idea! My best friend and I both give greenies to our dog as they contain no animal products. Both of us are vegan and my Leah loves vegies over meat so I call her my vegie dog. So thats it for greenies in my house.

| I gave Amos a greenie one time and the next morning he woke up vomitting. I took him straight to the vet, and sure enough, he had a piece stuck in his intestine. It was really scarry! I'll NEVER give a yorkie a greenie again!!!

| We were giving Logan a greenie every morning when we left for work so he'd be happy while we left. Well one sunday my husband dropped his greenie on the floor and logan picked it. Usually we wait til he's in his playpen to give it to him. Well we tried to get a hold of him to put him away, but he thought we were going to take away his greenie so he hid behind the couch and ate it really fast. Well that after noon he got sick. His poop was really runny and he acted like he had a very bad stomach ache. We gave him a little pepto and started to act like he felt better. Well the next day at lunch there was a large piece of greenie (like the whole tooth brush head looking part) in his poop. I asked on another forum about it and received all this information, and I stopped giving him greenies that day. It just wasn't worth. After a couple days he was back to normal, but it could of been a lot worse.

| Greenies are not 100% safe but tell me how many dog chews and toys that are? You have to know your dog and always supersive him or her while eating. Mojo does digest greenies and the proof for that was when he stole a bag of greenies and ate half of it He was pooping green for a couple days (no diarreah), hehehehe, but after that he was fine.

| I haven't heard anything about this, but Riley gets sick every time I give him one, so there may be something to it. |
