| Anyone use Blue Buffalo dog food? I'm looking for a better dog food for my furkids. I was feeding Canidea, but they changed the formula and everyone has loose stools and now my oldest gal is getting hot spots, not a good thing! I looked up this Blue food, looks good, but so does everything else. I have about a week or so of food left, so I have to find something soon. Any suggestions I am more than willing to listen. Thanks.

| Blue buffalo has 2 different kibbles in it and my 2 little ones would pick out the black ones and not eat them. So I tried Wellness for small breed and they really like it. Good luck in your search! |

| I had Sasha on Blue Buffalo for a little while. She loved it for about a week or so and then became fussy again. All in all, I had no problems with it. Right now, she's eating Innova EVO. She seems to be enjoying this kibble more than any of the others she has ever been on. I also might plan on trying on Taste of the Wild and Orijen. |

| I loved all the ingredients in Blue and tried to switch my puppy over to it (the breeder had her on Royal Canin) but the puppy kibble was WAY too big for my girl, so I am back to Royal Canin, it is a lot easier for her to eat. |

YT Addict | i don't know about that brand but i have done a lot of research on dog food and only want the best for my dogs and i know natures variety evo and origens is good. Natures variety has some awesome coupons!!! buy a bag get one free and you can get them all the time. Its great dog food but i switched my dogs to evo because the natures variety even though their poop was great and everything their tummies were sensitive to it i think so i switched to evo and prairie raw food. there is more acidophilus in the evo and that helps their tummies. i would have went with origens but their bites are too big. so what im saying is all three are really good food for your dog so see what one they like and do best on. YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | My guys are on Blue Buffalo Wilderness now, and they all love it - they even eat the little dark vitamin pellets.

| Most dogs I've heard do not eat the little LifeSource bits in the food. I think it's the best food you're going to be able to buy at a Petsmart store, for sure. But I also think there's better stuff out there for better prices. Blue Buffalo always seems really pricey to me, but I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with the food. The Blue Wilderness is better than all of their foods in my opinion but it is really high in protein and might not be fit for every dog.

| I found another dog food that I can buy locally that is in the top 3% of good dog food. I can't remember the name right now, but it has lots of meat and no grain, so I am going to try it. Thanks all.

| Marly seams to really enjoy the blue buffalo. I got him on Friday and he eats up most of it at both feedings. I purchased mine at Petsmart, it is lamb, and lamb is very good for them. You can get treats that are just as good (ingredients wise and taste)! |

| I was using Science Diet before switching to Blue Buffalo and love the stuff. When I was on SD, my pup was sneezing alot but now on BB he has not sneezed as much and his coat looks great. My pup is sensitive to corn or wheat. BB is more expensive than other brands but I'm sure I'll save from costly vet bills. |

| My dogs have all been on Blue Buffalo and they love it. Ever since they started to eat it their coats became shiny and very pretty. Their stools became a lot healthier and they have an easier time going. I am really pleased with this brand.

| My girls are on Blue Buffalo. We get either the Salmon+sweet potato or lamb and rice. They like them both. |

| Blue Buffalo My boy seems to like Blue Buffalo. He took to the switch right away. The rescue had him on an organic food. I tried the one for small breeds first, then I tried the sweet potato and fish for adult dogs. The kibble is a little bigger but he seems to handle it fine. He doesn't like the little black bits (Lifesource bits) so I just pick them out. I did notice after the switch, his stools were a little softer, but that is common even with us humans who eat veggies & fruit.

Stick with it and they will love it eventually. I don't give them a choice.
