| Hi, I've used it a couple of times and thought it was a good product and my dog liked it. We used the canned, and I believe it was chicken spot's stew.

| I would check it out on a dog food analysis site. BUT, I do know that my Dog food store sells it and they only sell high quality, human grade food. So that would be a good sign for me. That is the brand of food that Ellen Degeners promotes. |

| Acana I have our two yorkies on Acana. My breeder used to work with Police Dogs in Europe and that is what they fed them. Now she breeds yorkies in Canada and cant say enough wonderful things about it. And the coolest part is that Acana is actually MADE IN CANADA. This is the one I feed my girls: Champion Petfoods | ACANA | Products - Puppy Small Breed I had them on wellness for the past few years, which a really great dog food. It was a bout two weeks after I switched them to Acana that I noticed that their hair was so much more shiny! You should read the list of ingredients. You will want to eat it too!! I had a little bit of a difficult time finding it in London. I get it from Bark and Fitz (and those are all over Canada). Kate and Gypsy and Prissy |

| Halo seems to contain primarily good quality ingredients, but it has a very low meat content. A significant amount of the protein is from plant sources, which is a much lower quality protein than meat. |

| My dog loved it when she was on it but it gave her gas, likely because of the chicken ingredient in it in spite of the flavour of the bag being "Wild Salmon" dry kibbles. The chicken was lower in the list of ingredients but seems to have had the same effect as if there were a whole lot of it. My cat, however, she's been enjoying Halo's Spot Stew Wild Salmon dry kibbles. She's normally very picky and doesn't care too much for change unless it really appeals to her and this one did exactly that. She's on to her 3rd or 4th bag now. She's also lost a bit of the pouchy senior weight she had suddenly put on in the past year (previously on Science Diet). |

Thor's Human Donating Member | I have Thor on the kibble. I'm pretty happy with it. He has a good energy level (maybe too good, ha ha). I especially like it because the kibbles are very small, and Thor doesn't like to chew his food. He does tend to eat it as a last resort - when he gets hungry, he starts doing tricks to see if he can get any treats, and if he doesn't get any, he stoops to eating kibble. I haven't found a kibble he's really excited about yet, though, and I've tried quite a few. He likes Halo more than most. I didn't know about the lower meat quality, but I feed him mostly meat-based snacks, so that works for me. He has good poops. Once per day, not too hard, not too soft.
