| Brody has a soft tissue injury of his testicle For the life of me, I have no idea how this could of happened . . .I took him to the vet yesterday because I noticed that one of his testicles was splotchy like broken blood vessels and was slightly larger than his other one. Some background is that Rhianna is on her 2nd heat (another one we are skipping due to her age) so they have been seperated. Brody has a toy which we fondly call "humpy duck" that he has been using a lot. I'm not sure if the excessive humping caused this or what, but I feel extremely neglectful and not very happy I didn't notice it sooner. Humpy duck has now retired . . . The vet at first thought it might be Testicle Torsion, but after the ultrasound (which was incunclusive) they put him on Rimadyl and are having me bring him back later this afternoon for a recheck. They also did a blood panel which came back with normal levels of liver, etc . . . Although the swelling has gone down, his testicle looks bruised still . . . Has this happened to anyone else's little guy?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It never happened for my boys, but maybe he ran into something? Or, maybe fell off furniture a little funny? How is he doing today?

| He is healing nicely . . .on our follow-up visit to the vet they confirmed it was just bruised because the swelling was going down and it looked better than the day before . . .he is on Rimadyl for pain/swelling . . . Today (June 26th) he's almost back to normal . . .I have no idea what could of caused that . . .so strange . . .
