| Almost back to normal Trixie is getting back to her normal self. She got spayed on Friday and was really quiet and mopy yesterday. And then we had the whole doodoo debacle, which repeated itself this morning (I actually had to cut clumps out today ). Today she looked like she was in a lot of pain, she kept skipping and jumping and licking her wound, and laying down. She looked really sad . The vet did not give us any pain medication. So I gave her a really small piece of baby aspirin and some food (thanks for the advice!!!). About an hour later I noticed the difference, she's playing and chewing her bone and begging me to go outside! I'm so happy she's getting better!!! |
