Yorkie Yakker | not chewing his food :P Our 4 month old is swollowing his pellet food ......he will chew and break up 1 in every 4 he puts in his mouth...the rest it seems as though he just swollows.. Is this normal....or is he sooOOOOoooo hungry that he just can't wait to get it in his belly ? Hmmmmmm ? |

| I'm confused??? You have another thread here that says he will not eat anything. Sorry if I am being rude or its just to early in the morning, but which is it? He either eats with out chewing, or will not eat at all.

LOL I can see how you are confused....... he wasn't eating and then he started again but when he eats he doesn't chew .....most of it goes down without being chewed up :s I added that thread more for the second part...about his shots.....but I think it would be helpful to know what to do should it all happen again. he just had his first full meal earlier this afternoon.....but still taking each piece straight down. it's only now and then that I hear the crunch sound. And now I've been told to get rid of the PURİNA ..... how the hell does this sort of product get on the market is what I wanna know ? :S | |

| i dont have any advice for you, but i have a 12 weeks old that does the same thing. just swallows his little kibble peices!! he only chews maybe a third of them |
