| Need advice on puppy food? Hi I need to purchase food for the new pup. We dont have the same range here in the UK that you do, and Orijen seems to be the only premium food you have that we import. I was just wondering if this will be suitable for a 9 week old pup. Is the kibble too big? Will the protein leave him hyperactive or growing very quickly? Is it best to wait until most of their growth is done, and then just put him on the adult orijen? (at say 9 months). The other food I am considering is Burns mini bites. It is a high quality food in the UK, but has grain. I had Millie on Arden Grange, and while she seemed to be fine on it, she didnt really like it. She really picked at it. The breeder has him on Royal Canin puppy, and scrambled eggs, weetabix, but I want to wean him off it. Thanks!

| Orijen is a fantastic food!! Some may disagree about the high protein content but I love it!! I want more meat for my pup more than anything, that is why I have mine on a part raw meat and part EVO (also high protein kibble like Orijen.) My Snickers is doing very well, I think going with Orijen Puppy is a great choice!! It is one of my favorite brands!
