Finicky eater Hi~ My Titus boy has always been picky but has gotten worse lately. I had been giving him Merrick Turducken wet food (that's all he'd eat) and now he won't even eat that. As far as the dry food goes he won't eat that at all. We've tried Eagle pack, Innova, Precise and Merrick dry. Lately I have been making him rice and ground beef which he will eat, but I don't think that is nutritious enough for him. He was staring to vomit and dry heave from not eating and that is why I decided to make him food. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :-)

I too have a picky eater. I have tried about 10 different dog foods with no luck. She will eat the new food for a day or so and then not eat at all. I will be watching this post for my puppy too. Wish you luck finding something your baby will eat.

picky Hannah my coton de tulear has always been a picky eater. Yesterday I tried warming up the food in the microwave and she cleaned her plate. I have tried more dog foods on her than any other dog. Maybe it is the smell when heated? It has worked for 2 days now so maybe the problem is over.

If health is fine - then a few things to try (one at a time): *sprinkle parmesan on his food *mix a little cooked beef in w/ his kibble (but not more than 10-15% of overall diet) *have 2 or 3 kibbles on hand and rotate them (like 2 chicken based, 1 beef) *add canned to his kibble *try raw
