| Tooth extraction Mollie is going in on the 14th to have her baby upper canine teeth extracted. She is 19 months old and never lost them. I just noticed that her gums are red & inflammed. I had checked on having this done back in early summer but, then she got pregnant and I totally forgot. So I called this afternoon and scheduled her for Wed. I told them to go ahead and clean her teeth at the same time as the extraction. They also will want to do blood work. I'm going to talk to the vet and see if this is really necessary. I'm sure she will say that it is. But anyway the cost of this could be $200+ hopefully it won't be too much more than that. Wish us luck. It's going to be a long day on Wed. They said I will be able to pick her up by 4:30 that afternoon. I know she will be fine. I had this done before with my Shih Tzu and she had 18 teeth pulled and she came through it just fine. Anyway. Just wish us luck.

| I'm having the same thing done in about a month...but my goodness, I just got an estimate yesterday...they give a low and a high...the low was 100 and the high was 150...the high included bloodwork and pain medication. I think I may have teeth cleaning done too but didn't get a price on that...good luck!

I would too. The price they quoted me does include cleaning, blood work & antibotics if needed. So I don't guess that it's too bad.
