| Spaying? I hope I'm not being rude here, but I was just wondering the range you spent on getting your Yorkie Spayed. I have a Bichon/Yorkie mix, and have been looking around, but the prices have been ridic. |

| I believe I paid about $150. That included a heartworm test, getting 2 baby teeth pulled, the pain medicine they gave her at the clinic as well as the pain medicine for me to take home. I didn't think it was too bad considering the old vet I used to take Sasha to wanted to charge A LOT more and it was just for the spaying, not including all the other stuff that my current vet included. |

| for bree (assuming she will need zero baby teeth pulled) i am expecting about $300 - $350. that would include the pre-op bloodwork, spay and pain meds & antibiotics afterwards. if she needs baby teeth, that will be $22 extra per tooth $685 sounds very high

| I have 3 girls and they each cost me $950 so 950X3 that.. I wanted Pre blood work done and also I asked for Extra IV fluid and pretty much everything to keep them the safest. I know it might be a little much but I love the vet and she is very good with small dogs. My girls were back to normal selves then next day after the spaying surgery so I think it's worth it. Oh, I also got their baby teeth removed at the same time also.

| Spaying Why don't you look into what I did. Go to the "Friends of Animals" website. I purchased their coupon costing $90.00 for dog spaying, read all the instructions carefully and make sure the vet that you want to use will honor coupon before purchasing it. Ask your vet for an estimate if you use coupon to see if it's worth it for you; it was for me. |
