| weight I have had my yorkiepoo for about 3 weeks now, she is about 5 months old. Her previous owners had her eating cat food..i have no idea why.. She eats dog food just fine. I got her eating Blue for puppys. When i first got her she was very skinny because of not getting enough nutrition. She has gained some weight but she is still boney.. I am a little concerned..What should I do?

| Dang, dogs should never be fed cat food, what was wrong with those people? Have you taken the pup in and had her checked out by your vet? They maybe need to check for worms. I would get her in for a good check up. Are you free feeding her or feeding 2 or 3 meals a day? I like the free feeding so they can eat when they're hungry |

| She has had all of her shots so im pretty sure she doesnt have worms..but i do think i am going to bring her in just in case..I feed her 2-3 times a day just because i give her, her food with some warm water in it (she seems to like it better that way, when its dry she doesnt eat as much) because of that I dont like to free feed..it's starting to be ant season and i dont want them going by her food. thanks a bunch!

| Forgot to add +, she should be eating her kibble dry - its much better for their teeth and if you add water , it will call ants plus in warm weather it will turn sour and upset her tummy.
