| Couver is getting the snip... I'm nervous. I dropped Couver off at the vets this morning at 7:30, and he is getting fixed. I have read stories about people losing their puppies during this procedure, but I think that it is best for him. Even though it is best, I am sitting here fretting and thinking about him. It feels weird not having him at home... I really hope everything turns out ok. I have class and work all day (until 7:30 pm ) so DH is picking him up tonight. I am going to be so ready to be home tonight. He is also getting his rabies shot and microchip. I will feel a lot better knowing he is chipped. I never want to lose him! I will update on how he is doing tonight!

| I think we are focus so on the horror stories because it is so terrible to think about. Baxter has been sedated twice, once for neutering and once for pulling teeth and cleaning other teeth. He was just fine. Hang in there. I know it is nerve racking. |

| Praying for a good outcome for Couver. Yogi just went through this last month. Please let us know, when you can, how it went.

| Thanks everyone! I skipped my last class today so I could come home early to sit with Couver. My husband picked him up at 3:00 and I was here by 4:00. He did really well. I am so relieved. The vet said they had to use a 'special' gas because of his breed. He seems a bit groggy- he didnt freak out with excitement when I came home, but he still jumped off the couch and greeted me. He seems to be in a bit of pain, but not too much to keep him from sleeping. He is allowed to eat tonight, so I will give him a small portion later on. I am soooo relieved that he is home and safe. I just couldn't wait through my last class to come and see him I know I made the right decision to get him fixed Thank goodness!
