| puppy shakes I work from home and and I love having Lola on my lap as she naps and I work, but lately during her naps, she shakes....its odd....its like she is having little spasms in her leg(s). Is this normal? I also noticed when we first got her that she was shaking like she was shivering, but she ate very well and played and my breeder said not to worry, but I am a bit over protective and want to make sure she is OK. This happen to any of your babies? She is only 4 months old. |

| Sometimes when my little guy lays down he shakes a little, but if I put his fleece blanket over him he stops. If he is dreaming he usually just jerks a little or moves his feet like he is walking or running. Do either of these describe what is happening with your baby?

| Ellie gets those sleeping spasms too. I don't get it but she is fine. If your pup is shaking but isn't cold, scared or going into hypoglycemia, I would have a bile acids test done.

Yes! Thanks so much, I wrapped her up in her blanket and she stopped shaking. The heat was so high, but I guess the poor little thing was cold. I have a heavy coat for when we go out, but I leave a sweater on her so no more shakes. | |
