YT Addict | Extra Teeth Hi Guys Sparky is almost 6 months old now and hes becoming a big boy loosing those baby teeth,but I have noticed on the top he has 2 sets of teeth on his front 4 teeth will they fall out or this common with this breed? Am I going to have to have them cut out?? |

| I think it's common for them NOT to lose some baby teeth. For some reason they hold on to them, and yes they will have to be removed, surgically by the vet. It is not healthy for the mouth to have 2 sets of teeth. (causes rot and decay from food getting trapped inbetween). Since the puppy has to be put "under" for the removal of the baby teeth, most vets like to do it when they get neutered/spayed, to avoid having to use anethesia (sp?) 2x. |

| My Lucy has the same problem. When I bring her to get spayed next week the vet said he is going to remove them at that time. |
