| This is such a TYPICAL question.. but i have to ask... hello everyone... so i just got my new remii, which is is a sweetheart! well, im a little concerned. i have been using the yorkie growth chart to check her future estimate weight..... well she is 16 weeks old now.. and ONLY weighs about 28 ounces... estimate weight is 3 pounds. WILL SHE GET ANY BIGGER THAN THAT? if not, how do i get her to weight at least 4 pounds>? im just concerned about her tiny self and playing with my big boy gus, which he is a teapot. heres the pics of my new baby girl: http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h2...zee/remii3.jpg http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h2...zee/remii2.jpg http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h2...zee/remii1.jpg

| She is SO adorable! Love her cute little face. The growth chart is pretty accurate for some people, but not for everyone. Missy has followed the chart since I got her, but she's only 7 months old so who knows what the end result will be.

| like the others have said, it just depends my bentley weighed over 28oz at 4 weeks old (LOL he was such a chub - i mean he had rolls and a double chin) and he maxed out at 3.5lbs on the dot so he did not follow the chart at all miss buffey followed the chart exactly and bree seems to be following it as well either way, your baby is adorable!!!

| I would think the breeder would be able to tell you. Compared to the parents. She looks like such a sweetheart!!! Where do I find the growth chart?!

i found the growth chart online. just search in google and put "yorkie growth chart" also, breeder told me she will be about 3.5 pounds so i hoping she will at least hit that. her parents (which i met), dad was 4.5 and mom was 3.5. Let me tell you her parents are gorgeous!!! Father (i was told) is from a breeder from canada, called "Durrer Yorkshire Terriers" OH MY GOSH, this ladies dogs are gorgeous... hehe, i hope they remii turns out like them like supermodel looking dogs. lol

| I don't know how much you can trust those charts. At 7 weeks Bailey weighed 1.1 lb (according to breeder) which would put her at 3.5 lbs on the chart. Now at 10 weeks she's 1.11 lb. so she's charting more in the low 4 area.
