| Stitches I had Lola spayed on 3/18/09. The vet told me to come back in 10 days to have stitches taken out which will be tomorrow. Lola did very good with the stitches until last night. She must have licked herself pretty good because there's only one stitch out of four left. There's no redness and the incision does look closed. Should I be concerned? |

| Well, it's almost time for them to come out anyway. How does the wound look? If it is mostly healed and not open, red/inflamed or irritated, then she should be okay. If you are really worried, then call the vet and see if they can take her today.
