| I chose Innova But.... I decided to do the extra drive and got the Innova (over the Merrick), and came home and mixed 1/4 Innova to 3/4 Eukanuba...(advised by Innova to do 25% to 75% for a week, then 50-50 a week, then 75-25 a week, then all Innova...But would you believe, Apple picked out every single morsel of Innova...lol...There's no doubt she likes it, but I'm not mixing up a new batch 'till the Eukanuba is gone...I was concerned if the Innova puppy would be nice and small, like Eukanuba, and it is!...Man, did she love it or what! And, it's dry.... Maggie & Apple xoxoxo |

| Juicy did the exact same thing when we switched her over. She loves her Innova.

| To carsou Thanks for info (and the compliment on Apple's name)..I can see, already, that I'm going to have to measure out Apple's food, so she doesn't eat too much...I never had to hand feed her, on Eukanuba, but she only seemed to have eaten, when she was really really hungry......like first thing in the morning, and when I get home from work....I think she sleeps most of the time when I'm gone...My apple is almost 5 months old (the 31st)...just exactly 1/2 the age of your baby Maggie & Apple xoxoxo |

| I currently use Canidae wet and Eukanuba dry. I am thinking about switching to Innova wet and dry. |

| Oh!! And many pups do the same thing Apple is doing, not even rotating their food, just digging into their new yummy food! Snickers was the same!!

| This can happen when food is changed. Don't be too alarmed, it should firm up in the next few days. When you say the runs, is it watery or just soft? Watery is not good, soft or loose is normal. Snickers poop got gookey when we switched foods. You can give your pup some pumkpin or banana to help him firm up. Be sure to cont to monitor for the next few days.

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | yes, it happens, My silky was 5 months when I got her and she was eating Royal canine, I started the switch the following week and she got a very soft smelly poop, I got a bit alarmed and call my vet I had him test a sample because she was new in my house, but it was nothing wrong, just that I was changing her food, it took almost two weeks for her to get aclimated to innova.. hugs, Carmen in nj |

| His first poop was in a shape form and very soft and immediately following liquid poop came. I went and purchased pumpkin today and gave him a tbsp. of it. Should I give it to him at each meal? Maybe mix it in? I am watching and monitoring all potty sessions. Thanks to the replies!!! |

| I put my furbabies on Innova approximately 5 weeks ago. They too picked out the Innova and left the Nutro Natural Choice in the bowl. Their bowl movements have been fine, no runny here.
