| breathing problems At about 1:30 this morning Chunk, our 17lb yorkie suddenly woke both me and my husband up. While Chunk was sleeping he woke up making a horrible noise. It sounded like he was having trouble breathing through his nose. It kind of sounded like reverse sneezing. He could not catch his breath and I tried blowing air into his nose. It lasted for at least 10-15 seconds and when it was over he was trying to go back to sleep but he was making a strange sound. It sounded like when someone cries for a long period of time and when they finally stop they make this gasping sound. It broke my heart b/c it was like a baby recovering from a crying spell. This happened about 9 months ago again in the middle of the night It was not as long and w/o the gasping. If anyone has any info, pls let me know. | Sounds like reverse sneezing that maybe made his nasal passages or throat soar a little? My guess?Hope Chunk does well!

| Keegan (12#) does this sometimes. No so much in the middle of the night but it still worried me. |
