| Dreads on the boys Hi all Does anyone have any idea on how to keep the dreads from forming? I give Coop and Oliver a bath about every two weeks, to not dry out their skin, but Coop has lots of dreads in his arm and leg areas and a few on his tummy and so does Ollie. Yhey are also brushed a lot. We have those wire brushes, so I have no idea what else to do. I have also tried sprays and conditioners. Help!! It's a pain for them and me! thanks in advance Cooper and Olivers mom |

| If I'm reading you correctly, it sounds like matting. I use this great comb called the Untangler. In fact, I never brush my boys, I only use this comb. The teeth rotate and any knots or mats are easily combed out. They have a website. Tangle Free Pet Hair Grooming Combs & Brushes Supply - theUntangler®.com I use the small 5" size. Works great.
