| Hmm, there are lots of threads like that. It is very common for them to vomit bile in the morning if they have an empty stomach.

| I can't remember any of my dogs ever doing that. I was going to ask my vet tomorrow when I go to pick up Sasha's meds. CeCe just started doing that a few mornings ago....She's been burping alot, too (probably due to all the veggies she eats) Other than that, she appears to be a very healthy 8month old. I'm curious to read other posts on the topic, though.

| Sammy used to do that about once every 3 days (usually on my pillow, she would wake up, stretch, and puke... lovely) Anyway, it seemed to resolve itself after we switched foods. It's an easy solution and worth a try. I also used to give her a biscuit treat before bed and that would help.

| Our Oliver had it years ago so we changed to homecooked ...never had it again ...he gets no dog products at all ...just my opinion... but looking back it may have been the vitamin E as a preservative in the dog food |

| i would do an assessment ..when does he do it ? empty stomach or after u gave a treat or food or a toy or licking something ..do a check list to see what may be causing it..that is how i determined it was from the vitamin E.. |

| u could add some real food to what she already gets and slowly switch over..but if there are no medical problems u could give her a few licks of real yogurt not the fruit one but the balkan style from Astro Oliver gets that every day and he loves it and it is the best tfor the digestive system ... |

P.S Mine totally puke Yogurt, i would give that up for a day or two. You can buy pro-biotics in powder form if that is what you are using the Yogurt for.. And they get a banana slice or two every day but any other type of fruit gives them diarrhea if they get more than a *tiny* bite. I learned that one the hard way when I shared my apple with Loki.
