| What are the best puppy treats? My little 5mos. girl has not liked the treats I've tried to use for training. I need something really small...Any idea? I hate to spend more money on treats she won't eat. THANKS! |

| I use Exclusively Pet, Inc. Best Buddy Bits. You can easily find them, are made from human grade ingredients, and my Snickers LOVES them. I use cheese and peanut butter. I find bags of them for as low as $1.90 at my pet supply store, but at a pet store, they are 5 bucks! I also sometimes use little bits of string cheese if I REALLY need Snickers to pay attention, it's his absolute favorite. They love baby carrots as well. Try to use all natural treats!! -Viv |

| We give Shelby & Seymour crunchie treats. We get Itty bitty Buddy biscuits (the sweet potato madness flavor). They are really little.... perfect size. They are also ALL NATURAL!!! Made by Cloud star. ( www.cloudstar.com ) We also give them "Good Dog" dog treats. These too come in little sizes!! They come in Blueberry cobbler and apple dumpling and peanut butter & jelly. Shelby & Seymour LOVE the apple dumplin the best. They are made by sojourner farms. Also ALL natural!!!! ( All Natural Dog Food and Natural Dog Treats by Sojourner Farms ) We buy them at a pet bakery/store locally, but thought I would list the websites so you can find out if someone near you sells them.... or so you can order them! They are crunchy, but kinda "airy" so they are easy for them to chew..... (some treats can be so ridiculouly hard).

| I use Cheerios broken into 3 or 4 pieces each (so the do not have to think long to eat it). Works great for Max.

| Can liver be a problem for some Yorkies? I am trying to trouble shoot and Toby may have been given these in the last 2 weeks. |

I have never seen Liver treats as a problem but it might be the garlic you cooked them in. I was reading something on line yesterday that said to much garlic can be bad from them. I believe I was researching natural ways to kill fleas and they mentioned this. You might want to research the affects of garlic on your little guy. | |
