I Love Thor Donating Member | Snagle tooth! My poor baby! My 5mo old now has all of his adult teeth in...and generally, teeth grow in the same order that they fall out. The front two, top and bottom, and then the outer teeth, and then the molars. Well Thor's two front baby teeth fell out about two months ago, and his front left tooth is about the size of a baby tooth. Maybe a little bit thicker. It's not like it broke, because I've never seen it get bigger, unless it broke in his gums or something, and I am at a loss as to what happened? Could it be something in his genes and my breeder liked about the quality of his doggies? I love Thor no matter what I am just at a complete loss as to what is going on with this little stubby tooth. His daddy calls him snaggle tooth! He is still darling, and you can't tell in any of his pictures, you can only tell if I lift his lip up. Has anyone experienced something like this? I know these little guys have sensitive teeth that need to be wel maintained, and I do that, I just wish I knew what happened! |

| Maybe Thor's "stumpy tooth" just hasn't finished coming all the way down. ?? Does he have overcrowding? Has Thor seen his vet to get any advise? Hmmm, I am just not sure what causes this but as you say, "he is still darling".

| A picture would help....I would certainly call the vet and see if they will tell you anything over the telephone or do a search on the internet since it is not a real problem functionally. |
