| Missy just had her 1st RAW meal - I have ?'s I bought her the Nature's Variety Organic Chicken Medallions just to get her started. She absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED it! I have never seen her eat with such gusto! Now...I need information. I have been researching the last few days myself, but I'm wondering what you RAW feeders feed to your Yorkies. I would like to eventually start doing the preparation of her food myself to offer more of a variety. I know it is important that they are fed a certain ratio of meat, organ meat, and bone. How do you raw feed your Yorkies? I'm wondering if she could even chew up raw bones if I gave them to her, or if I'd have to grind them down. Do you all think it's necessary to give supplements? Thanks a million! Here's a pic of my sweetheart last night trying out her first wanna-be-topknot

| first and most important, your baby is just so adorable!! i love when you post new pics okay, onto your raw questions lol ... i used to feed raw (and am thinking about going back to it)...i actually preferred primal and AFS raw to NV but my kids loved NV too ... i am interesting in homecooking or feeding the prey model but there is so much research i would have to do before i would feel comfortable i was doing it right ... the best part of premade raw is everything good is already in there (the meat, organ meat, bones, etc) and i know it is well balanced for them you may want to ask admin to move this to the nutrition section because we have some very knowledgeable YTers regarding this subject and they might see it sooner if it is in the other section my kids also inhale raw....they just LOVE it! the best part about raw other than how good it is for them is the poohs!!! they are so small and nonsmelly and when they do it outside, you never have to pick it up because it disintegrates and turns to dust (unlike kibble pooh lol)

| I guess that I should have posted this in the proper section. I always forget that there are other areas to post here at YT. I reposted over there, so now I feel bad about posting twice. Hopefully it doesn't bother anyone. Admin can delete this thread if they want. Sorry! And thanks for all the compliments on Missy!
