| teething, forgot house breaking? Ok, need some help here! The puppy is about 5 months old. For the last 2 weeks we have been 100% accident free. Nothing, not a drop anywhere. I noticed she is started teething (lots of loose teeth) and she started going to the bathroom EVERYWHERE. She is going #1 and #2 all over the house (when i say everywhere i mean it). Has anyone else noticed this pattern? I'm going back to crate training until this is resolved.

| was she given too much freedom after she had been doing good? 'cause even if they start doing well... you can't become lax with them and must continue to keep them in a small area with not much freedom. that being said, i'm not sure about the teething thing.

| I don't really know about the pooping and peeing but teething starts around 4 months and they start losing their milk teeth and growing in new teeth so that is completely normal. |

| I don't know if the teething thing exactly but I have noticed if they get Distracted ... in any way they're likely to forget about the potty training My Puppies love to watch me take a shower They look at me like .... I can't believe you're all WET! If they have to go then ... That's it

| Speaking of pooping and peeing anywhere and everywhere. When I first got my little one and I had to use the bathroom.....of course she followed me to the bathroom. Well she must of figured out what I was doing because I be doggone it if she didn't do the same thing and by the time I noticed what she was doing, ( I was doing a little bathroom reading ) she was done. She was just sitting there giving me this "Are you done yet?" look. At least it was easy cleaned to up....just had to flush it down the toilet! |
