| Lilly and mom...eating Hi Lilly's mom, Be careful what you start. Are you talking about giving people food to your little girl to get her to eat? I suggest trying a really good wet food and mix it with the dry kibble. Make sure you give nutrionally sound food not some fad food promoted by celebrities. I give a holistic food formulated by a Holistic Veterinarian Dr Jane Bicks she has made formulating healthy pet foods her whole life's work. The food has none of the corn, wheat or glutin that has been in the news for the last year and has never been recalled. She uses only the highest quality ingredients in the food. You can get free samples by going to Lifes abundance, natural dog food, dog food, holistic dog food, natural pet care if you are interested. My girl Annie gives the food and healthy treats a up. Our Monty Boy did too when he was with us. Elaine |

| 7 month old yorkie Hi Lilly's mom, Are you feeding pup food or people food? If pup food what kind? If people food be careful what you start, because your little girl will stop eating the pup food. Not good! I feed Life's Abundance Holistic pet food, it comes in both wet and dry to be fed together. There is no corn, wheat of glutin in the food, which is good because that is what has caused so much trouble over the last year. Plus some pups have allergies to those ingredients. You can get free samples from idealpetfood .com if interested. My pup gives the food and healthy treats a up. Elaine |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Welcome While it may be okay to let her have turkey, chicken or lean ground beef occasionally, she really needs a good quality dog food for daily meals. You can home prepare meals using those meats but you will need to research the subject. There are vitamins, supplements and ratios to consider and it is a complex subject. With so many choices of good quality kibble out there I would suggest trying different ones until you find one she likes. Many of the mfgrs will send either free or very low cost samples. I've also found free samples at dog show vendor booths.
