Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I do not like it. It's been posted on here a number of times. Among other things, it has MENADIONE in it - which I would never, ever give to my dogs. There were other issues too, but seeing that ingredient was really all I needed to know in terms of their philosophy in forward thinking about nutrition.

| I concur with Ann. If you want to post the ingredients, we could probably explain more about why some of them aren't the best choice.

| We actually bought the Isaboo Grill Bites, soft & Chewy dog treats that Rachel Ray has out cause we had a coupon. My dogs seem to love them. But right now I'm looking at the ingredients and I do see it has, Menadione in it. I really don't know what that is, but I'm going to look it up on the internet.

YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | Don't do it! Here's a link with her recipe. It has onions, heavy cream, oil, & nutmeg in it! That's four things I would never ever give to my babies. Rachael Ray | Modern Dog Magazine ~ Urban Lifestyle

| I like Rachael, but she should stick what she know best! Safe & Nutritious Dog Food « Lucie’s List The ingredients are JUNK, the food is dangerous! The food contains Sodium Bi-sulfate... a cytotoxic chemical that causes genetic mutation; This chemical is also a corrosive used to kill fungus in wood, and it is used in Rachael's dog food. The unnamed "MEAT" since it is not named can be anything dead or alive that is meat. Road kill, diseased animals, dead pets (including their flea collars), spoiled meat from grocery stores (including styrafoam and wrapping papper). When an ingredient contains this type of toxic crap the manufacturer is not required to show the ingredients content unless the manufacturer is responsible for adding the ingredient i.e. anything included in the UNNAMED "meat" flavoring that is residual from the rendering processes and is not a named ingredient. STAY FAR AWAY FOOD THAT USE "meat". You would do well listen to the posters on your thread, they do know what they are talking about. These foods WILL KILL YOUR PET. Sorry for the thunderous sound of this post, but I work in the business of dog food and we see the results of this type of food when fed over the short and long term. It is not pretty! I believe Rachael has been hood-winked.... She is better than this! Chauqg |
