| Weird Nose Baxter Keeps Making I just noticed this recently, but Baxter will make an odd noise about every time after he eats and/or drink. I looked up reverse sneezing, and I don't think it's that. But I could be wrong. It sounds like he is gagging, like something is coming up his throat and he is about to throw up, but he never does. It only last about a second or two, and then he stops and is back to normal. And last night, I woke up and he actually was gagging and about to throw up, but nothing ever came out. I don't know what is going on and why he keeps making the strange noise. Anybody know what I'm talking about?? |

| It does sound like reverse sneezing. My daschund had it, and I thought he had something stuck in his throat so I took him to the vet. They gave me an anihistimine that got rid of it.

| Thanks for the reply! I'll ask the vet next time I bring him in. I just didn't think it sounded like reverse sneezing, and plus it only lasted at most three seconds. But then that one night I woke up and heard him doing it, I guess that did sound a little like reverse sneezing. Anyways, I will definitely bring the issue up with my vet! Thank you! |
