| Krissy won't eat Krissy is 10 wks old and is about 2 lbs. She cme to us on Royal Canine. We were switching her to Natural balance when she got sick and had a bad hypo attack. Her blood sugar went down to 31! We have pulled out of it but there is still something going on. We are boarding her next week while on vacation so she can have the BAT done. Her liver enzymes were normal. She has never been a big eater. She will not eat now. We are having to get her to eat every 4-6 hours. Mostly by syringe. I know this is not helping her eat. Anyone have any suggestions? I hate to keep trying different foods in fear of upsetting her tummy. We have tried Science Diet canned puppy food and A/D. I have some cans of Natural Balance I will try this afternoon. I have also tried baby food meats and applesauce. I am just trying to get her introduced to something she will like with out having to use the syringe. I am at a loss for what to so. Shannon |

Donating YT Addict | when we first got Tyke he was 12 weeks old in Sept. he wouldn't eat anything i offered him. so the first few days he wasn't doing good. had to give him the karo syrup in a sryinge to get his sugar up. well i had to call the place we got him and find out what food they were feeding him. well it was Diamond Puppy food. called around and found where they sold it and went and bought some. he started eating. i guess he only likes that food. since he's older now i thought i'd try to switch him to a better brand of food. sent off and got samples of chicken soup, wellness, and Canadia. he won't eat any of them. he wants only his Diamond puppy food. what i'm trying to say is maybe you shouldn't be trying to change the food over just yet. Tyke is almost 6 monthes old and still loves his puppy food. don't know how i'm going to switch him to adult food when the time comes. hope this helps some.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | My Cali was like that when I got her and it is so hard to get them to eat when they don't want to, but I had to find something she would eat and it was Cesars, which is crap but at least she was eating and I fed her every few hours. I hope your baby will start eating and feel better.
