| Can morkie eat the same food as our corgi/shepard? My husband and I are getting a 10-month old morkie next month. We currently have a 28 pound corgi/shepard mix that's the same age and feed him top-of-the-line dog food (more substance, less filler ingredients) so that we don't have to deal with diet-related health problems later on... there's no differentiating between puppy food and grown dog food with this brand. In any case, just wanted to see if Morkies need to eat a specific type of food, or if feeding the morkie and corgi/shepard the same food is fine, even though they're different size dogs. |

| If it is an all-life-stages food, it should be just fine. If after the Morkie has been on it, he/she doesn't seem to be thriving, it will then need to be switched. The Morkie also should stay on its old food for 2 or 3 weeks while it adjusts to its new surroundings.

YT 2000 Club Member | Your pup should be fine as long as it all life stages. I have all 4 of my dogs on taste of the wild, my oldest being 8 years old and my youngest being 10 weeks.
