| Bile Acid Test Question What are the healthy results for a bile acid test. I will be getting a 5 mth old puppy and need to know what results I should look for to check the condition of his liver and health. Are there any other test or health issues I should check for before getting a new yorkie puppy? Thanks Yorkie Talk you guys have been a saving grace for me!!! |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I believe it is 0/15 or under. I would have the legs checked for luxating Patella's (loose knees) and I like to get a routine blood panel done just to make sure everything is ok. It's not necessary but I like to make sure I find anything early. Good luck with your new puppy,

| Different labs have different reference ranges. Idexx's is either 7 or 10 and under pre and 15 and under post. Dr. Center set the cut off at 25 and wouldn't want to see a post higher than that.
