| Losing weight I recently switched Chip and Smokey's food from Nature's Recipe Easy to Digest to Natural Balance Ultra Premium Small Bites. They love the food, but I've noticed that they both have lost a little weight. Chip isn't fat, but it doesn't hurt him to lose a little bit cause he's stocky, but Smokey is incredibly slender as it is. He's the one I'm worried about. Is there a supplement I can give him to help keep weight on him.

| Have you tried adding "Fat Balls" to his diet? I'm sure there are some recipes on here for them. My daughter's dog was soooo small, and she couldn't get any weight on her with chicken and Royal Canin kibble. So she added fat balls once a day, and her little girl's appetite picked up and she gained a little weight. Also, she gave them to her male, who was putting on a little weight, and he dropped a few lbs. (or ounces). Don't ask me how it works, but I'm a believer now. I also give them to my nursing moms during the first 3 weeks of nursing. Seems to help them as well. If you can't find a recipe, I'll email it to you. PM me with your email address.
