| care congenital heart disease my friend have yorkie 7 month, in 4 month everyday cough ,my friend bring his to hospital, and take x photo. dr tell him, his have congenital heart disease.play game easly tired. at summer season his yorkie once cough,now china season fall,his at beijing,so cool. his yorkie everyday cough. how care yorkie have congenital heart disease? china haven't heart surgery. |

| Sorry for your problem... I am not familiar with this but i am boosting your post. There are a lot of yorkie talkers and hopefully someone can give you a good advice . Is there special diet that would help? Medications? I hope so... God luck,

Donating YT 10K Club Member | More coughing is a sign puppy is getting worse. The heart gets larger and presses on puppy's lungs. Sometimes there is fluid in the lungs. It makes it very hard for puppy to breathe. Surgery even in the US would cost a great deal. Usually it is treated with medicine and I'm sorry to say...the prognosis isn't usually very good. Are there dog cardiologists there? That is really who needs to see this puppy for treatment. I'm very sorry puppy is so sick.
