is this a good dog food? i am in search for a good food and cant seem to decide for myself and this company sent me some samples and they seem to really like it! any suggestions?

It's a fairly good food. I'm probably a bigger fan of Natures Variety, Wellness Core, Taste of The Wild, Orijen, Canidae....

The one thing that bothers me about this food is that they were using exthoyquin in their food a very nasty preservative and they said they was going to stop that, they mentioned it in dogfoodanalysis.com, the fact they even used it I personally would not feed it to my dog.

i am currently feeding mine chicken soup and they seem to like it..hehe...but i am looking to maybe change it to wellness after i finish the 4-30 lbs bags i still have left...hehe..so maybe mid next year is when i will be switching food..hehe

Baxter loves it and it doesn't make him sick. Others have made him have to poop a lot! He also likes Edge which is made by the same company. My sister feeds it to her dachsund. I like the fact that it is made in the USA. There is only one store that sells it in a 50-mile radius of me so I have to plan but a bag lasts us a long time. He doesn't eat a lot.
